Return Policy

Before ordering, please note, we do not offer refunds, only credit notes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can request a credit note for the value of your item minus shipping costs. Our credit notes are a unique code that will be emailed to you. The credit notes must be used within 6 months of being issued.
Your return(s) must be dispatched back to us within 7 days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a return.
We require your item to be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & have the swing tag attached in the original position.
We are not liable for any return shipping costs or the loss of items during transit and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to minimise the risk of losing items.
